Maintaining "Service Name" When Exporting VPN Configuration

I have created a VPN service configuration that I would like to distribute to various employees in our office. However, when they attempt to import the service configuration (a ".networkConnect" type file) on their own Macs, the service name appears to default to "VPN (L2TP)" instead of the service name I defined before exporting the configuration

How can I embed the Service Name into the configuration file?
