Maintenance (Clearing up)

I wanted to ask for your help and clearing some of this cache on this laptop. If you see the image i attached under memory theres 1.14GB being used just on cache and 1.05GB Wired. What can I do to clear or should I just leave it alone.

I have a macbook pro 13in mid 2012 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3

I would leave it alone and let the system manage the memory. It can do a better job than you can.
