Major bug on iPhone 5S (blank phone page)

I have never seen a bug like this on any other iOS and this is fxxking annoying. First I lost my missed and recent calls, restarted and when phone came back on all I get is this blank screen when access the phone app.
This is on the iPhone 5S, also seeing recent random bugs using the device of recent.
