I backed up my itunes onto DVD-Rs as Data via iTunes. Now I have one DVD that only let's me take half the mp3 files of it. It mounts on the desktop and in itunes. Disk utility sees it and the disk gets verified and is fine. I tried restoring the disk and it cuts out at the same point each time. I also tried to import it via itunes but that doesn't work either. Sometimes itunes freezes, sometimes its the finder when i try to force to drag the files onto the desktop.
The disk is clean, no scratches.

Any suggestions anyone? Is there another program I could use to save my data?

Tyler.

the only thing i would guess is when it burned on the disk somehow part of it got corrupted. i would try again and see what happens. it might also be the type of dvd-r you are using. maybe try a different one...

hopefully this would help, otherwise i have no idea on that situation.
maybe someone else could give more info on the subject.
