I'm having two major issues with Mail. I run my iCloud account, a gmail account and 4 other mail accounts I have to set up manually. I had none of these issues on Mavericks.
Firstly not all mail accounts appear in Mail on my other mac. I have a MBP and Mac Pro and whichever one I use to set up the account, not all of the 'other' accounts appear on the 2nd mac.
Secondly, the outgoing mail servers keep getting mixed up. I set them up fine but then get mail 'send issues' and when I check I find the outgoing server is incorrect and is now showing that of a different 'other' account. Also iCloud and gmail outgoing servers also 'swap' about. It's a real mess and only started happening this past few days.
Deleting the accounts, deleting all outgoing server info, restarting the macs etc does not solve this issue.
