Hi,

I just got my iPhone 4, and have found that when I take photographs using the camera, they are not properly saved in Camera Roll. They stay there for a while, and if I try to delete them I get the message "saving photo" but nothing happens. After a while they just vanish.

Similarly, when I click the record button in video, nothing really happens, and I have to restart the Camera app to try again.

This has happened also to a friend of mine who restored their iOS 3 backup, but has not happened to anyone I know starting anew with iOS 4. Is there any fix for this situation? It's awful not being able to use the camera for photos or video.

Just for the record, I had this same problem when I installed iOS 4 on my 3G prior to buying the iPhone 4.

Thanks!

This exact same thing is happening to me with my new iPhone 4. Wondering if anyone has found a solution yet?

Haven't experienced this but I've used nothing but fresh installs of 4.0. I think that's your "solution", unfortunately.
