i downloaded latest itunes beta, then Ios 5. everything is working fine except podcasts no longer sync to my ipod, when i sync either wirelessly or with it connected it says it is syncing podcasts but when i check the ipod they are not there!!!!!!! i am running windows and i have an ipod 4g

isn't beta itunes 10.5 all that is available even for developers? i have not heard of any problems like this, does anyone have any help or know how i can get help? everything else syncs fine, audiobooks, photos, apps

I think you are missing the point of the above replies. Beta software is by it's very nature buggy. You are experiencing a bug. If you don't have the knowledge or desire to deal with bugs/glitches in your beta software, wait for the final releases.

ok but what can i do now? i can't go back to the latest stable release of itunes can i? it is not compatible with ios 5 correct?

good lord i should just shoot myself for being an such an idiot, apparently the video podcasts for some reason do not show up in the regular podcasts listings but only in the videos section. it only took 2 hours for me to figure that out sorry  but it seems odd though that the video podcasts do not show up in the regular podcast directory on the ipod
