ok- long story short on Tuesday i boxed up my laptop- going to apple to get a new logic board (firewire port not functioning)

i called DHL round 3:30pm
the package was picked up by 5 (i left from 4-5)

it is now Thurs @ 10:51am- i've had the laptop back for 30min

prbm fixed!

if that' isn't the fastet thing ever- i don't know what is!
the address on the outgoing shipping box said California!

i'm totally impressed
they said, over the phone, expect to get it back in a week or so

That is very impressive, thank you for sharing. Do you happen to have ProCare? Do you live near an Apple Store? I know that at our local Apple Store they usually say 3 - 4 days. My wife had to have he 15" PB repaired, logic board, Airport Card, and a new screen. It matched the estimate.

That still cant make up for the idiots that broke my Pro Speaker even more and blamed it one me as accidental damage, now my motherboard is voided because of their stupid asses
