Have noticed what seems to be a massive issue with Screen Time and Downtime settings (for kids)

It seems that at least from iOS 16.2 the ability to restrict changing the date and time on devices is no longer possible. So kids can simply change their clock on device and prevent downtime blocking. I don't know if this change/bug was there from iOS 16 or if its a regression since 16.2. Still present in 16.3 and on latest Ventura beta.

This workaround was previously identified quite early on in Screen Time and in iOS 15 there was a way to restrict kids changing their device clocks.

Screenshots attached of iOS 15 vs iOS 16+ below.

I have tried toggling the share my location to not allow with set time automatically on kids devices toggled on, but it doesn't grey out (like it used to)

Have submitted feedback to Apple. But keen to understand if I'm missing something obvious here, or is this a huge regression?

These were the instructions floating around previously on how to restrict time changes.

Ok - a bit more digging.

One child who is on iOS 16.3 - no menu options in their screen time to lock things down

Another child - on iOS 16.2 - has all the location and system settings restrictions still available.

Myself - on iOS 16.3, can't edit these remotely on either the 16.3 or 16.2 child devices.
