Major Screen Bugs in iOS 8.1

I just started noticing some major screen bugs on my iphone 6+ after updating to iOS 8.1. Take a look at the attached pix. I actually could not exit out of Settings. Everytime I slid the arrow to exit the screen slid right back into place. If I swiped my finger left on the middle of the screen the whole screen slid left and then slid back again. This happened right after I enabled HotSpot.

On the other photo look at the top of the screen. You can see where the video screen is cut off at the top.

This seems like pretty shoddy QC on the part of Apple. What's happening over in Cupertino?

Any thoughts?

A few minor glitches. Restart safari and/or your phone. It's not happening every time is it?

I was forced to restart phone. Happens a lot in Safari. Seems like my phone has also lost some snappiness after this update.
