So...I hopped on my dad's sprint family plan last week through amazon wireless. Before me it was my dad and my stepmom on the plan. A couple days ago my stepmoms iphone was dropped from the plan. My dad has been on the phone for multiple hours....her phone number is gone somehow. Massive customer service nightmare. Sprint doesn't call him back when they say. The reps keep punting him off to others etc.
So again...I jumped on the family plan....her new iPhone 4s got dropped from the account. They couldnt even find record of it until my dad simply told the moron to look at last months bill.
What kind of action should he take....his patience with the phone calls is at an end. Go to a physical store and let a sprint employee call the idiots about it? Email the president?
