Major trouble, Xmas Morning: Help Please!!

Plugged iphone 4 into a new product called Mini Boom Box from Audio Audio Couture! (was demoed in store and it worked fine with sales person's i4)
I did it this morning and now the phone screen shows a very expanded (super large) view...like you pinched it up to largest size possible. Can't get it back to normal view. Totally useless. Difficult to even shut down. Tried:

1. soft reset: same
2. Hard reset: same
3. Complete restore via itunes: same condition.

Don't know what to do next. Any help appreciated.

It is probably the zoom feature in accessibility menu. Try double tap with three fingers then drag up or down.
