Hello I am wondering if there is a way to make a hard drive have the same pre-installation of Leopard that apple puts on the original hard drive. I don't want it completely installed and I don't want to put the cd in there. The Hard drive is formatted as Journaled.
 
Just do the install and then when the video comes up - do a forced shut-down.

Next time it starts-up you get the video and can fill in all the info.

Common procedure for people selling Macs on eBay.
