Make all windows show up on dock, whether minimized or not...

one thing I do miss about the windows taskbar is that if a window, minimized or not, still showed up. Is there any way for all the windows open to show up on the right side of the dock, and not just the minimized ones?

I know I can click on the application icon on the dock and do cmd + ~, and also I use spaces and expose, but this added feature would be great. Any add ons or third party software that would do this?

Right clicking, or Control + Click on most application icons in the doc will have a list of all the open windows that you can select.
