Make an appt at Apple

I'm searching Apple website, but I don't seem to be able to find where you make an appointment with them at an Apple store to look at your phone. Can someone point me to it please?

Easiest way I have found is to do www.apple.com/retail

Then input your state and then store and click on go...

Then on the right hand side one of your choices should be "Genious Bar", then follow the directions from there.
