Make Autocorrect Ignore Contact Names?

Help!

I have an acquaintance whose name is Yu in my address book. Every time I mistype the word "you" it changes it to the name "Yu" -- which makes me look like an idiot.

Is there any way to prevent this behavior without removing him from my address book or disabling autocorrect entirely?
