Hey guys,
I would like to put a good few photo's on my iPad to show friends and family. . .but I use a 13 MP Powershot camera and the photo's are therefore quite large in terms of storage space.
I don't mind this in iPhoto because of my big harddrive, however it makes me weary of importing photos onto the iPad where you could easily get away with compressed JPEGs down to the lower end of the quality scale without even noticing.
Does iTunes and iPad know this and automatically compressed the photo's to work best on iPad? Or does it simply import the exact photo, and it's big MB size into the iPad too.
