Hi all,

I'm looking for a way so that my iPhone won't intrude so much on my personal life. Work email notifications sometimes keep me up at night, or disturb me at unwanted times.

I have considered turning push notifications off etc, but that also has an adverse effect. Sometimes an email can be urgent (I am a business owner - so it happens).

Is it possible to turn push messages / notifications on during office hours, and disable them outside office hours?

Or, are there other options?.

I dont want to disable too much, but need a healthier working lifestyle.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Does the DND schedule also block phone calls / text messages?

I'd only like to block email really.

Currently I have turned off push notifications for my work email account, so it only loads new mail when I'm in the mail app and pull to refresh.

I'm just curious how other people deal with this.

How do you keep a Zen state when your mailbox is exploding? :)
