The iPod Hi-Fi has a digital/analog audio input port to listen to other audio sources, correct? If so, all you would need is something like this and a 3.5 mm stereo miniplug to connect it to the Hi-Fi, then pair your MB to the Bluetooth device. If you have an AirPort Express, you can also connect the audio port to the Hi-Fi and use AirTunes to stream to your Hi-Fi.

That's good, but I was hoping to have something that had an AC plug. I know the airport express is good for iTunes but I want it constant. My room is very small and I don't have the room or space for more speakers/wires.

Googling "bluetooth stereo receiver" brought up this product, which includes an AC adapter but is quite expensive. You may have better luck searching for something cheaper.

You may also consider getting Airfoil for Mac. It allows you to stream any system audio to an AirPort Express. And the combined cost of the software plus an Express is less than the device I linked.

This is what iPod HiFi should have been from the start. If it had AirTunes built in, I would have purchased one.
