Make it mine alternative

Does anyone know if its possible to remove the carrier icon without using something like "Make It Mine". I am doing a fresh restore of my phone, and I'm trying to do as many tweaks as possible with the least amount of MSaddons as possible. (To prevent incompatibilities). Does anyone know if its possible to remove this icon via SSH?

I want to know how to do this too. When i try anything on MIM it doesnt do anything..

MIM does not work with 4.2.1. I think I read somewhere that fakecarrier works, but I'm not sure and don't know its functionality.

FakeOperator works if you wanna change the Carrier name.

CleanStatus works a lot better if you just wanna remove the Carrier name.
