Make iTunes Speak

I was at the apple store yesterday and I was messing with iTunes and whenever I played a new song it would say out loud the name of the song and the artist. I cannot find this in any preferences, any help would be well appreciated

No I've searched all through out there and through google but nothing I may just have to go back but it's like the same voice the new iPod shuffle uses if that helps at all

why not call the apple store and ask how they did it? Or go back and talk to someone in person.
