Hey everyone. How do I make my mac (software wise) be when I first got it and turned it on? I want that whole little Leopard announcement thing to play and everything. I'm selling my MacBook as used but I'm reformatting it and all of that good stuff. But everytime I have reformated a Apple computer you have to set up your account and everything (or do a Time Machine restore) and I dont want to do that because the person that buys it will do all of that stuff. Anyone understand what I just said, cause I dont! hahaha, its hard to word. Hopefully someone will understand....

****Title should read "Make My Mac Just How It Came Out Of The Box" Not Make Make... LOL****

You should be able to just boot from your install DVD
Erase the drive - Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
And run the Leopard installer

No need to reboot from the HD and log in

So are you saying that when its done installing Leopard(via system recovery disks) and tells me to restart dont actually restart, just shut down? How would I do this, hold the power button, because there is no "shut down" option?
Thanks
