Make OS X force password changes?

I tend to get complacent and would like it to make my password expire every couple of months so I have to pick a new one.

I can't seem to find that anywhere. Is that an option or is it only there if you attach to a server of some kind?

I've never seen anything to do this, although it's an intriguing idea.
