Make QuickSilver immediately update index/catalog

Currently, with QuickSilver, it scans the catalog of files and applications every 10 minutes. Is there a way it can automatically detect new files in the monitored directories?

Other app launchers like Alfred seem to update immediately when new files/apps are added to the monitored directories.
