Make Safari "Start where it left off"

How do i make safari reload all the tabs I had open in a previous session (expecially when WebKit crashes)?

If you go to history, there is a tab that says "Restore all Windows from Last Session". This should make all of the windows from the previous session appear. Hope this helps!

I did that, However, It only restores the 1st tab. All other tabs fail to load.
