I have a samsung 49 ultra widescreen monitor and have around 4 to 6 windows open on the monitor at the same time.
. One example is whenever I try to control youtube on one of the open windows, I have to click once to focus and then click again to control the Youtube player. This is really annoying.

Is there a way to force mouse cursor focus between windows on mac?

Im on the Mac Mini (m1) and latest big sur version.

I don't know about the mouse controlling that, but, be careful what you wish for. I actually prefer the click to focus, then click for an action. Last I checked (awhile ago) Windows did not do it that way. One click changed the focus, and performed the action indicated by where the cursor was when you clicked. That made it necessary to choose the spot judiciously, so you didn't get an action you didn't want. Now, that isn't always a big deal, but it was more annoying to me to "recover" from an unwanted action on occasion than the two-click requirement I prefer.
