make Toast create iso files?

Hi, I want to write a movie DVD to an .iso file (that fits on an empty DVD+R). I used MacTheRipper to dump the DVD to my HD. Usually I use Toast Titanium to burn the dump to a DVD, but I can't find how to write it to an .iso file. Creating a .toast file works fine but since a want to pass the file to my dad who has no Mac...
So how do I make Toast creating an .iso file or how do I convert the .toast to a .iso? Or is there a way to mount .toast files in Windows?
