Make user name required waking from sleep?

I prefer the login setting where you have to type in the user name and password, rather than selecting a user and then entering the password.

Is there a way to do this upon waking the computer from sleep? Such that if you wake the computer, you're presented with two empty input fields rather than the user name and a password entry field.
