Make window size smaller without the mouse

I have a screen (save screen in microsoft office word) that is too big and some buttons are 'underneath' the screen (save button, cancel,...) and I can't press them. I can't move the save screen up and only make it smaller on the sides, but this doesn't help. It didn't had this in the beginning so I don't know what happened.

How can I solve this?
