Make Windows 7 USB Bootable from Mac

Hi all ^_^
I was hoping you could help a poor n00b out.
I want to make a bootable USB stick from my mac.
All I have are these files...

I installed windows 7 before on a netbook using these exact files. Only thing is it was from a different USB stick. All i did was copy the files from the usb stick that did work on to a new usb stick and now I can't boot from it :(
Any help, suggestions, ideas.... cracked copies of windows 7 hahaha jk
