MakeMKV can't open Insurgent

I prefer to buy hard copies of movies and convert them for streaming from iTunes to the ATV. I normally use MakeMKV to copy a bluray or DVD to my computer and Handbrake to convert it. However, MakeMKV isn't able to open Insurgent. I continuously receive the message that the disc can't be decrypted.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
