I'm about to buy an external drive (when I buy my new 20" iMac this month).
I know the most popular external drives are Western Digital (I already have a 160GB one on my PC), Lacie, Iomega and so forth.
But I've been looking at a 500GB Buffalo Linkstation NAS Drive, costs only around 230.
My only question is that are Buffalo really good drives. The bits of info I could find was that they are supposedly some of the best around?
Anyone ever used or owned one? I know all the specs etc of the drive, but I'm just wondering.
Also, can anyone suggest a good 24" LCD monitor in the 500 - 800 price range (photoshop & gaming). So far I've decided on a Samsung (or MAYBE BenQ) model.
Thanx
