"maketorrent" software needed for OS X

Dear Mac Experts,

I'm having a problem locating "maketorrent" software to construct my own torrents to upload. Does anybody out there have any info where I can locate some? Thank ya!!!

Can't you do that in Azureus? Also, the original BitTorrent client should be able to do it, there is an OS X version of that too.
