I'm trying to make a "60's style sex-ed"-esque commercial and had a few questions.

I'm using iMovie, and so far everything is black and white and has the aged film look, but I'm looking for suggestions on music and where I could get the music (hopefully for free).

Also, i'm looking for a countdown time reel clip (4, 3, 2, 1) and was wondering where i might find one - also free preferably.

Thanks!

well, it's not actually a sex-ed commercial, it's a 1 minute commercial about racism...school makes us do some lame stuff so i wanted to at least add a little creativity to the mix.

thanks for the suggestion, i'll check it out

feel free to post any more =]

Here's your resource

I use www.freeplaymusic.com whenever I am creating a video with my students. Great content broken down into 10, 20 30 60 1:00 and full length increments. Easily searchable. Completely free to use and no copyright restrictions.

Have fun.:)

Here's my final result...

You Tube

I filmed it in about 5 minutes and the kids in it wanted to go eat lunch so it was a bit of a rush job. Some of the sound is low in spots, but I worked with what I had - my Mac pretty much dominated every other person's video.

The assignment was to make a short video showing racism so of course everyone went buck wild and had a good time with it.

Criticism is always accepted =]
