Making a call from safari

Has anyone else noticed that since the 3.0 update phone numbers in Safari are no longer links? Tapping on them does not pull up the "Do you want to phone XXX-XXX-XXXX" dialog. Phone number links in mail are still working for me. Is there a setting somewhere I can't find to turn this on?
