So I picked up my shiny 4S, and made a phone call.

Put it on speakerphone and heard someone say "Hello" on the other end.
I replied "Oh hi there..." to which I heard "Hello? Anyone there?".
A bit puzzed I continued and said "I am calling to..." at which point they put the phone down.

Is my microphone broken? I thought. :O So I called my voicemail to test. But heard total silence. Looking at my signal I was at full bars, so I pressed speakerphone. Nothing. Pressed it back and suddenly heard sound! my voice mail service repeating the instructions I had not heard.....

So I called back the place I rang originally, no speakerphone this time. I heard nothing. I pressed the speaker phone button again and heard someone on the other end in mid-sentense asking who was there. *facepalm"

This time they heard my voice when I replied though thankfully.
