Making a CD cover

I designed a cover for a CD in Microsoft Paint at my work. I've transported the cover in MS Word that I have installed on my Macbook.

I'm looking to print the cover and then place it in the front of a plastic cd case.

I'm not sure what the size should be, but is there any program that would help me with this?

I'd hate to waste ink on a cover that isn't the right size.
