Making a iPhone Into a iPad- ?

First let me start of by saying that yes I have searched the forums and even tried Google to find this.

I found this article on how to do it but I'm pretty sure it leaves out a couple things

I know for a fact that there was a topic in this sub forums about it but I can't find it anywhere.

Anyways, what percentage should Shrink be at for a accurate iPad look? I can't for the life of me remember what the other thread said but I think it was 70%. I'm really not sure.

Can anyone help?

why not just test it out? it doesn't even require a respring so it would literally take 10 seconds to test half of the sizes out.
