Making a Mac OS Lion Install Disk.

I've seen many tutorials online on how to do this and they all look very easy, only thing is you need files from the 'Install Mac OS Lion' file that mounts just before installing Lion from Mac App Store. I am already running Lion on my only Mac, so i can't get the file i need from the installer to make a disk. Is there any other way to do this?

You could re-download the installer, couldn't you?

Hold Option while clicking the Purchases tab and it'll let you redownload.
