Hi

I wanted to have a go at making a music video compilation DVD (from my own collection, of course) and just thought I'd check to see what software I'd need etc.

Am I right in thinking I need OSeX to decrypt to MPEG-2 and then MacThe Ripper to select the required tracks? Should I use Toast or is iDVD ok?

I'd be really grateful if someone could give me a quick rundown of the procedure's involved.

Thanks

Casper

MacTheRipper will let you extract the videos straight from the DVDs. You don't need 0SEx if you're using MacTheRipper. As for assembling them at the other end, I think you can probably just drop the vob files into Toast. I haven't tried this, but it will probably work.
