Making a saved search that includes my home directory but excludes the Library folder

Hi! I want to make a Saved Search for "documents modified in the last day".

I've got Last modified date -> is within last -> 1 day. However, this pulls up a lot of items in ~/Library, which I don't want.

I don't know how to exclude them. I've tried the Containing Folder Names search filter, but setting that to exclude "Library" doesn't seem to work – folders in the Library folder are still included.

Is there any way to do this? Thanks!
