making all pictures same size on mac photos app

how can I make all pictures same size on mac photos app?

i have several pictures of different sizes and they do not really look organised when i upload and view them in the photos mac app

Depends what you mean by the same size. I use a Panasonic camera and my iPhone.

The Panasonic takes widescreen photos, the iPhone more of a 4x3 format. There's no way to get them to show as the same size in Photos.
