Making calls on macOS throws me to the desktop

Hi everyone,

I love working in full screen, often have around 3-4 apps open. When I click a phone number to make a call in the browser, it throws me to the desktop and then shows the banner to make the call. I then have to annoyingly swipe swipe swipe to get back to where I was!

Would be great to just show the banner on top of what space I am currently on.

I guess its because it has to open FaceTime which opens in non-full screen mode....

Is there a way to change this behaviour?
