Making calls on W8

Much like you can make and receive mobile/cell phone calls on your Mac in OSX nowadays over Bluetooth can you do this in Windows as well? Just curious. Googled around and a few web sites mention it but it doesn't seem very common. Just wondered what people thought of this feature in Windows. Is it any good? It is as seemless as Yosemite? Thanks

As far as I'm concerned, there is no official way to do this on Windows.
You may able to find a 3rd party solution. But I don't know what. Perhaps Google?
