Making Download folder appear in Windows Explorer

I've recently installed pwntunes in which i consider is the most useful program ever for JB iphone. I have a friend who doesn't want to pay 13USD, because he's not interested in the music sync, he only needs one thing, he just want the folder /private/var/mobile/media/Downloads appear on windows 7 after connecting the USB (just like pwntunes). Is there any other JB program with this feature? Or a chaper solution? $13 for a non-american mean something.
He has iPhone 4 ios 4.1 JB.

The hole idea is not installing the iTunes. You need the iphone drivers in order for iphone browser to work. And the workaround (extracting the drivers) doesnt' work very well. He just want to access the Downloads folder to view the downloads of safari download manager in any computer without installing iTunes
