Hi all,

I'm new to the iphone sdk, so I'm a little nervous doing my first project, but I want to avoid procrastinating because of that.

I'm trying to build a PDF viewer, according to the quartz 2d info on apple.com. Is this what I should be using?

I get the basics of the quartz library, but I'm not sure exactly how to get content from a rendered pdf page on screen. The sdk environment is still a little murky to me. Does anyone have a good quick guide on how to get rendered content on screen? ... or possibly want to take a couple minutes to lay out the basics for me?

I appreciate all the help you guys might give. I'm a quick learner, but I'm used to php/java so the structured environment that cocoa has on the iphone is a bit intricate for me to jump right into unassisted.

Thanks again,
~Jordan
