I live in small town, 0.7 sq. mile, 1500 people, and a small downtown with no parking for delivery trucks on narrow downtown streets.

So we have this one medium sized delivery alley which looks to barely fit a Ford f-250 or so, but since it's the only downtown place for any large delivery truck to park, we get big rigs in there with 1" inch clearance. From living here since it's become busy since the 1970s right when the alley was put in, I never saw a crash there. Those drivers are amazing.

However, at one end of the alley is a hairdresser who caters to very old and rich ladies. They have small BMWs and Mercedes C-class cars, for instance, and they can't even park their cars in the alley without scratching their cars and thrashing their bumpers. The locals love to laugh at this bizarre pairing of good drivers in big rigs and old ladies in small cars to can't drive to save their life.

I have found a couple a great higher vantage points (and a few streetside vantage points) where I can film a mini-documentary and have my USC or UCLA film grads edit it for me.

It's not really out there to praise the expertise of big rig drivers or cut down little old rich ladies and their cataracts while driving, it's just a fascinating little alley which sees some strange driving, and all stuff that's not allowed in that particular street which tells all vehicles not to enter.

It's fun to see how delivery people and old ladies ignore the sign on almost every instance.

I have iMovie, two Intel Macs, and a couple of Sony Handicams.

Any ideas how to make this movie come together?

thanks in advance.
