Making iPad's Safari have the look of Private mode, but without the limitations?

Does anyone know of a tweak or Cydia app that will allow me to put iPad's Safari into Private mode, but not have the limitations of private mode? i know it doesn't make sense, but i just like how the toolbar looks dark grey instead of light grey.

Maybe finding and switching the artwork in the app package would be enough?

i'm not sure how to do that. does anyone on here make hacks for Cydia? if so, this would be a great one (although it would be better if it were a hack that didn't require a jailbreak
