I was thinking about purchasing the iPhone 4, but I know they aren't the same feature wise. How can I get them to be similar? I know I can use the WordJelly Siri Server on the 4 but how do they compare to Apple officially on the 4S? Doesn't it use up a lot of ram?

That's all there is to it. If you think official Siri support is worth the extra money, go for it. I can't help with the alternate options, as I have no interest in Siri.

There are other services as well. One I know of is I.M.Z.D.L. (I had to put the letters between periods because this forum apparently blocks that word....). Google it and you'll find it easily.

If Siri is so important to you, than don't be cheap and pay the extra $100. You'll also get double the storage, a much better camera, a much better chip and much better iOS 6 software support.
