Making iTunes automatically sync over Wi-Fi X amount of times during one day?

Every time I want my iPhone to sync I have to press the sync button. Is there a way for me to do it without doing anything? Just make it happend X amount of times during the day?

Thanks. My guess is that you are a expert. (Im on your mom level, I turn my macbook off if something new happens)

The above method seems designed to facilitate further automation. As it, it's harder even because you have to type in a command.

I have done iTunes automation to my Windows box but it's way beyond Mom's, so I won't even bother.
